Spring is Here Get Creative

Now that Spring is officially here it is time to get creative. Producing new handcrafted items to add to your, hopefully, dwindling inventory is always a good idea. It helps you get enthused about your crafting art whatever it may be. It also gives your customers something new to get excited about. After all, we only get better at our crafts with practice.

I am just hoping that my dang body will allow me to get back to it. My mom, my granddaughter, and I spent Friday at our shop dusting, cleaning windows, and putting away the winter stock to get ready for Spring and Summer. Sadly by that evening, my back muscles were spasming. Then Saturday and today were cold and raining all day. Needless to say, I wasn’t able to sit in a concrete and tin building without running a heater. Yes, the market has too many vendors on the same electrical circuits so every time I turn on my little space heater we are all left in the dark. Maybe next weekend. It is hell getting old.

For those out there who are stuck inside due to weather or even Covid still, we hope you are using your creative brain to come up with items you can sell in the coming warmer months. You can create your own online store for the price of a website and WordPress hosting account. We use the FREE WooCommerce plugin that allows us to add as many products as we like with lots of pictures and connect them to our Paypal account. It does have a fairly decent shipping module but I just do flat-rate shipping.
